Great question! We double it from 30 days to 60 days so that you can buy gifts for your family and friends while we have our BFCM deals going. We want you to have peace of mind and not worry about the usual 30 day return period.

• Ground shipments will ship same (received before noon PT) or next business day.
• LTL shipments (Tents!) will ship in 2-4 days. The reason these take longer is due to the fact that we need to schedule a pickup from the LTL carrier. We also take this time to verify your phone and ship to address to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible.

No, no they do not. Some do but several charge to ship your tent on top of what they charge for the tent.

Technically, 2 yrs. But we have been known to extend this warranty period when it makes sense and it's the right thing to do.

We highly recommend that you review the warranty periods when researching which tent you are ultimately going to buy. Then, double check that the warranty stated is actually how that company's customer service handles said warranty.
